BETTER BENEFITS THROUGH EDUCATION
Most of today’s Benefit Plans were created between the late 1940s into the early 1960s. Over the following decades many “tweaks” in plan designs were made; however, unfortunately many benefit plans have fallen behind and have not kept pace with the many changes that have occurred in society today. Old policy designs, coverage levels and policy wordings were never intended for today’s world!
‘s mission is to help educate both Plan Sponsors and Plan Members. Since the Pandemic, Benefit plans face more demands and challenges than ever before; our Management and Staff believe the most important way to keep benefit plans viable is through education.
For over (20) twenty years, WE Consulting & Benefits has provided Benefit Courses to help equip Executives, HR departments, Bargaining Committees, Benefits Negotiators, and Plan Members with the knowledge that can help improve or maintain current levels of coverages in a cost-effective way.
